Requirements:

• Property address or parcel ID
• Intended use of the property (e.g. single-family residence, multi-family dwelling, commercial, etc.)

Tree Survey and Assessment

A comprehensive survey and assessment of the trees on the property, including their species, size, condition, and potential impact on the proposed project

Tree Protection Plan

Development of a detailed plan to protect the existing trees during the construction process, ensuring their long-term health and preservation

The tree service includes Post-Construction Compliance Assurance, which ensures that all necessary measures are taken after the completion of a project to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards. (Required to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy.)

Stormwater Development (management and permitting)

Evaluation of the property's stormwater management requirements and assistance with obtaining the necessary permits from local authorities.

Preparing and Submitting Building Permit Applications

• Preparing and submitting building permit application documentation
• Coordinating with county official and reviewers
• Addressing and resolving any issues or comments
• Obtaining necessary approvals and permits
• Includes trades permits (mechanic, plumbing, electrical)

* Includes up to 10 hours of work. Additional time is $95/hour.
