(Required to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy.)* ##### Stormwater Development (management and permitting) Evaluation of the property's stormwater management requirements and assistance with obtaining the necessary permits from local authorities. \*Application fees vary based on factors such as project size, complexity, valuation of the project, and location. Fees are determined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Building Permit Process - $875\* plus permit application fees\*\* ##### Preparing and Submitting Building Permit Applications - Preparing and submitting building permit application documentation - Coordinating with county official and reviewers - Addressing and resolving any issues or comments - Obtaining necessary approvals and permits - Includes trades permits (mechanic, plumbing, electrical) \* Includes up to 10 hours of work. Additional time is $95/hour. \*\* Application fees vary based on factors such as project size, complexity, valuation of the project, and location. Fees are determined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Environmental Permits - $140 each plus permit application fees\* ##### Environmental Permits - Well Permit - Septic Permit Other permits are required depending on the type of property and project. Our team will determine if these permits are necessary. \*Application fees vary based on factors such as project size, complexity, valuation of the project, and location. Fees are determined by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
